Most problems with login occurs when your cookie setting is wrong, or set up to block them completely. We use a cookie to keep track of your login info, so that you will be able to use our site. If you don't have any cookies enabled you won't be able to use our site.

Please check the settings for your browser from the description under.

Also make sure to check your firewall or any other internet security software so that you can accept cookies from our domain. Most firewalls and security software include cookie blockers now. Refer to the sites help pages to enable cookies for your software.

  • Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  • Click the Privacy tab.
  • Click the Advanced button.
  • Put a check mark in the Box for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling"
  • At the bottom, select the "Accept" option under First-party cookies, and put another check mark in the "Always allow session cookies" box.
  • Click on OK.

  • Click Tools (menu item), and then click Internet Options.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Click the Internet zone.
  • Select a security level other than High. -or- Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click ----- Enable for both cookie options.
  • Internet Explorer 4.x

  • Click View (menu item), and then click Internet Options.
  • Click the Advanced tab.
  • Scroll to the Security section.
  • Under Cookies, click Always accept cookies.
  • Internet Explorer 3

  • You cannot disable cookies in this version of Internet Explorer, but you can turn the cookies warning on and off. --Here is how you can turn the warning off so that cookies will be accepted automatically.
  • Click View, and then click Options.
  • Click the Advanced tab.
  • Under Warnings, click to "de-select" Warn before accepting cookies.
  • Click on Apply.
  • Click on OK.
  • Netscape Navigator 4.x

  • Click Edit (menu item), and then click Preferences.
  • Click Advanced in the left-hand (white background) Category area.
  • Select 'Accept all cookies' in the right-hand (grey background) options list.
  • Netscape Navigator 3
